Our hardy Canada bred shrub and climbing roses survive with little or no winter dieback. They are truly weather-proof. The flower buds on these begin to open in early June. Some of the very best Canada Roses include:
Alexander Mackenzie- A lite red rose with excellent rebloom. It is very tall in my garden, about 8ft and nearly 7ft wide. Some call it the Canada Rose Tree.
